Citrix Systems acquires sepagoProfile

Cologne/Houston 20 May 2008 - We are pleased to let you know that we have announced the sale of our profile management solution sepagoPROFILE to Citrix Systems Inc. USA during Citrix Synergy in Houston/Texas. The agreement encompasses to complete takeover of the product which will in future form the core technology for the profile management of Citrix's products XenDesktop, XenApp and Provisioning Server. Beyond this, sepago and Citrix have reached contractual agreement that sepago will be in charge of further development and integration of the profile management into the Citrix product range for the next 18 months. Citrix will make a technical preview of the Citrix User Profile Managers available for download on the mycitrix.com portal from 21 May.
