Unable to delete a project in Azure Machine Learning (AzureML)

If you try to delete a project in AzureML it could happen that the delete checkbox is grayed out:

At this time, you can only delete a project if you remove the assets from the project first. Open the project -> edit -> remove the assets -> ok:
